because you know I have no choice.
You know it breaks my heart,
to hear that tremble in your voice.

Don't tell me it hurts,
cause I know all too well.
My life apart from you,
is a dark and lonely cell.

Please don't let me know,
that you hurt as much as me.
Please don't let it show,
Though I know I need to see.

I have to know you love me,
so that I can sleep at night.
I have to know you're there,
to make everything alright.

Please don't ever change,
cause you're everything I know.
My life would mean nothing,
if one day you had to go.

Know that in this life,
it's you that gets me through.
There's so much more to say,
and there's so much more to do.
